Sales Policy
  • Prices and availability of listed products/services are subject to change without notice.
  • Buffalo Electric Wholesale, Inc. is not responsible for any errors in photography, typing, display, and etc. When these errors are found they will be corrected immediately. Buffalo Electric Wholesale holds the right to repeal any listed offer. We hold the right to correct any errors before or after any orders has been placed and whether or not the order has been paid for. Our staff will do our best to prevent these events from happening and if so work with you to fix and resolve the problems in a timely manner.
  • Sales promotional prices are only valid during the advertised time period and are void as soon as the sales end.

Special Orders
  • All special order payment terms are “Pay in Advance”
  • All special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to request/order the correct part numbers/product/specifications. Please make sure you are ordering the correct product before confirming the order.
  • Lead times for special orders may vary depending on the manufacturer; Buffalo Electric Wholesale will not be held responsible for and changes in shipping transit times due to the manufacturer.

Shipping and Delivery
  • Buffalo Electric Wholesale cannot guarantee any ship dates. Shipping transition times are determined by the carrier/logistics company.
  • If ANY problems occur due to delays in shipping transit times, such as monetary problems, back charges, penalties,  etc… it needs to be settled with the carrier/logistics company and not Buffalo Electric Wholesale. In this situation we will work with you to contact the carrier to try and resolve the issue.
  • Shipping estimate prices will be given during check out.
  • Freight shipments for bulk quantity orders will be shipped using the appropriate freight company for the job. For these orders there will be a “call ahead” arranged for the freight company to call the customer to schedule a delivery. This will allow the most efficiency for the freight to arrive safely.
  • Shipments will be shipped out from our facility on a timely manner. Most orders that are stocked at our warehouse will be shipped out the same day unless further noticed. Orders that are not in stock at our warehouse will be shipped out direct from our manufacturer. The customer will be emailed a tracking number as soon as it is available. Back Orders
  • Majority of the products that we list online are stocked at our facility in Los Angeles, California. If a product goes on back order, We will give you the estimated lead time of when that item will be back in stock. Our back ordered items will ship from our warehouse as soon as the items return back in stock.
  • Partial shipped orders can be arranged with our customer service representative at 213-765-5100.

Cancellation
  • All orders are processed through our automated shipping system online. Orders that have a confirmation cannot be cancelled. To return these items customer must wait until the package arrives and return it to us like a standard material return. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. If you place an order and it has not been confirmed yet, You will need to call us as soon as possible to cancel the order. Orders usually take about 2-3 hours for it to be confirmed.

Return Policy
  • Products can only be returned within 30 days of shipment confirmation (Does not apply to special orders which are non-cancellable/non-returnable). All returns are subject to restocking fees. Returned material must not be used and be returned in the original condition it was sent out. If the shipment shows that it has been used it cannot be returned. Please note that lamps are non-returnable.
